Hey Sara, Good to hear your voice and see your place. I was taking a break at work and viewed you blog spot. Ironically I was eating a banana!
If you're interested in running John has some great programs to get you ready for races, without hurting yourself. Slowly but steadily. Let me know if your're interested and he'll send you a plan.

Loved the tour of your house and to finally meet 'your bike'.
It was a real treat to hear you and know you're adjusting.
The sharing of your school day was cute. I bet the kids here wouldn't be half as excited to meet a foreign visitor.
